Orders & Shipping

1. How long will it take to get my order?

We process orders within 2-4 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 7 to 10 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to see exactly where your package is.

3. Do you provide proof of packing?

Yes! For your peace of mind, we share a packing video of your specific order before it is handed over to the courier. This ensures you know exactly what is being sent to you.

4. Do you offer urgent delivery?

Yes, urgent delivery is available via air freight for an additional charge. Please email us at Info.stylelux24@gmail.com immediately after placing your order to request this.

Returns & Replacements

5. Can I return a perfume if I don't like the scent?

No. As per our policy, we do not accept returns or replacements due to personal preference (e.g., disliking the fragrance, lasting power, or bottle design). We recommend reading the scent description carefully before purchasing.

6. What if my product arrives damaged or broken?

We will replace it! However, you must provide a continuous, un-edited unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damage. This must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Without this video, we cannot process a claim.

7. Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We only offer replacements for items verified as damaged during transit.

We strive to provide high-quality fragrances. However, the longevity of a perfume can vary based on individual body chemistry, weather conditions, and skin type.

9. How should I store my perfume?

To keep your fragrance fresh for as long as possible, store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
